Tihama Elects 7 Board Members and Approves Appointment of Independent Director

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company announced on Thursday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly (first meeting) held on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. The assembly approved the election of Board of Directors members for the upcoming three-year term, which begins on November 27, 2024, and concludes on November 26, 2027.

The elected Board members are:

1. Mr. Saleh Ghodier Saleh Al Rashid
2. Mr. Abdullah Abbas Mohammed Ali Sharqawi
3. Eng. Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Saad Al Ammar
4. Dr. Samar Abdul Aziz Mohammed Shalhoub
5. Mr. Hatem Ali Talib Bargash
6. Mr. Badr Mohammed Nayef Al Shamri
7. Mr. Adel Abdul Karim Abdul Aziz Mazi

Additionally, the assembly approved the Board of Directors’ decision to appoint Eng. Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al Ammar as an independent member, effective September 30, 2024. He was appointed to complete the current Board’s term until October 13, 2024, succeeding Mr. Sultan Abdul Latif Abdullah Nuqali (Non-Executive Member).
