Najran Postpones General Assembly Meeting Due to Lack of Quorum
Najran Cement Co. announced on Tuesday that its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, scheduled as a first and second session (one hour apart), was postponed due to a lack of legal quorum. Attendance for the first meeting reached 13.47%, while the second meeting recorded 13.51%.
