Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company announced the start of electronic voting for its Extraordinary General Assembly, which includes a proposal to increase the company’s capital. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.
In a statement on the “Tadawul” platform, the company confirmed that shareholders registered with Tadawulaty services can vote remotely on the assembly’s agenda items starting from 1:00 AM on Friday, November 22, 2024, until the conclusion of the meeting.
Walaa emphasized that registration and voting via Tadawulaty services are free of charge for all shareholders.
