Quara Announces Board Member Resignation

Quara Finance Co. announced on Sunday that the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Tariq Mohammed Aljarallah from his position as a Board Member, with the resignation taking effect from the date of submission of the resignation on Nov. 17, and the reason for the resignation is due to personal commitments.

The Company stated that it will announce any developments regarding the appointment of an alternative member in the vacant position after obtaining the approval of the Saudi Central Bank.
