Enaya Opens E-Voting on General Assembly Items, Including Capital Increase

Enaya Saudi Cooperative Insurance Company (the “Company” or “Enaya”) announced on Sunday that electronic voting on the items of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Assembly including the capital increase will start at (01:00) am today, Sunday, until the end of the meeting time, and registration and voting in Tadawulaty services will be available and free for all honourable shareholders using the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa

This comes in reference to the announcement of Enaya dated Nov. 07, 2024 on the Tadawul website regarding the invitation of honourable shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) including the increase of the Company’s capital, scheduled to be held at (18:30) on Thursday Nov. 28, 2024, via modern technology (remotely).

It is worth noting that the reason for increasing the capital is to comply with the minimum required capital of insurance companies and to support the Company’s future plans and support the Company’s financial solvency margin.
