Molan Signs MoU to Acquire Mayar International Industry
Molan Steel Co. announced on Tuesday the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Yara International Limited Co. to acquire 100% of Mayar International industry.
According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the financial consideration for the deal depends on the results of the financial evaluation and due diligence, while the deal will be financed from its own financial resources.
