Cenomi Centres Secures Contract for Central Cooling Plant at Jawharat Riyadh Flagship Development

Arabian Centres Company (“Cenomi Centres” or “the Company”) announced on Monday Contract Award with Arabian Cooling for Cooling and Air Conditioning to Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT) a new central cooling plant with a capacity of 12,500 Refrigeration Tons (RT) in the Jawharat Riyadh flagship development.

According to the company, the contract value is 14.4 million riyals annually, in addition to consumption fees and inflation.

The project extends over a construction area exceeding 350 thousand square meters and will obtain the LEED certificate for leadership in energy and environmental design.

It indicated that the contract was signed with an alliance that includes FAS Energy Company and Sojitz Corporation, where the two parties will cooperate to ensure the provision of effective and sustainable cooling solutions according to the highest standards.
