Zoujaj BOD Recommends Transferring Statutory Reserve Balance to Retained Earnings
The National Company for Glass Industries “Zoujaj” announced on Monday that the Board of Directors has recommended that the Ordinary General Assembly approve the transfer of the Statutory Reserve Balance, amounting to 98.7 million riyals, to retained earnings, in accordance with the financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2024.
