The Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced the distribution of SAR 23.3 million in cash dividends to unitholders of the SEDCO Capital REIT Fund for the period from July 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024. This distribution is equivalent to 1.43% of the fund’s net asset value.
Dividends will be distributed on 186.9 million units at a rate of SAR 0.125 per unit. Unitholders eligible for the dividends must be registered by the end of the trading session on Thursday, November 21, 2024. The actual distribution of dividends will commence on December 1, 2024.
The Fund Manager encourages unitholders to update their information with their respective Capital Market Institutions to facilitate the direct deposit of their distributions.
