The National Environmental Recycling Co. (Tadweeer) announced on Tuesday the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with “Re Sustainability Middle East” to study the potential for establishing metal refinery and recycling units in Saudi Arabia. The plan includes the formation of a joint venture company, jointly owned by both parties, to be established at a later stage.
According to the company’s statement, the duration of the MoU is one year, with any relevant developments or updates to be announced in due course.
