Chemanol losses decrease by 0.65% during Q3 to 24.4 million riyals

Methanol Chemicals Company revealed a slight decrease in net loss during the third quarter to 24.4 million riyals compared to 24.5 million riyals in the same quarter last year by 0.65%, following the announcement today of the preliminary financial results for the period ending September 30, 2024 (nine months).

The operating loss amounted to 20.4 million riyals in the third quarter compared to 17.9 million riyals in the same quarter of the previous year, an increase of 13.9%.

The company’s net losses during the 9-month period amounted to 76.9 million riyals compared to 83.6 million riyals in the same period last year, a decrease of 7.9%.

The loss per share in the current period reached 1.14 riyals compared to 1.24 riyals in the same period last year.
