ARAMCO Distributes SAR 76.06 Billion for Q3, SAR 40.39 Billion Sixth Performance-Linked Dividends Based on 2022-2023 Annual Results

Saudi Arabian Oil Company “Saudi Aramco” announced on Tuesday the distribution of basic dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of 2024, in line with the company’s dividend distribution policy, which aims to distribute sustainable and increasing dividends. In addition, Saudi Aramco announced the sixth distribution of performance-linked dividends to shareholders based on the full annual results for 2022 and 2023.

The total amount distributed is SAR 116.45 billion (USD 31.05 billion), including:

– Base dividend of SAR 76.06 billion ($ 20.28 billion).

– Performance-linked dividend of SAR 40.39 billion ($ 10.77 billion).

The company stated in a statement on “Tadawul” that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 241.8 billion shares, indicating that the share of each share from the total distributed amount is SAR 0.4815 per share, including:

– Base dividend, with a share of SAR 0.3145.

– Performance-linked dividend, with a share of SAR 0.1670.

The entitlement will be on Nov. 14, 2024, for shareholders who own shares on the due date and are registered in the shareholders’ registry at the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the distribution will take place on Nov. 26, 2024.
