US Department of Energy requests purchase of 3 million barrels of oil to support strategic reserve
The US Department of Energy announced today a new request of up to 3 million barrels of oil to support the strategic reserve between April 2025 and May 2025.
The department said in a statement that it has provided more than 190 million barrels to the strategic reserve so far.
