Al-Babtain Assembly Approves Bylaw Amendment on Stock Trading
Al-Babtain Food Company announced on Tuesday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), where the voting results included the approval of amending Article Eight of the company’s bylaws related to stock trading, and approval of amending Article Nine of the bylaws related to selling shares that do not meet the value.
