Retal Signs Two Agreements with NHC to Develop 947 Housing Units worth SAR 947.6 Million

Retal Urban Development Co. announced on Monday the signing of two agreements with the National Housing Company (NHC), for the purpose of developing 947 housing units in Riyadh City worth 947.6 million riyals.

The contract includes conditional agreements to purchase developed lands for development purpose, for 55 months, to develop housing units.

The company expects the project to have a positive impact on its financial results during the project development execution for the years 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029.
