Sama Water Opens BOD Nominations

Sama Health Water Factory Co. announced on Thursday the opening of nominations for its Board of Directors for the upcoming term, with the nomination period running until November 24, 2024.

The company stated that nominations will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce, the Corporate Governance Regulations set by the Capital Market Authority, and the company’s internal policies, standards, and procedures for board membership.

The new Board of Directors will be elected during the next General Assembly meeting, with the date to be announced following the necessary regulatory approvals.
