Saudi Industrial Exports Company (SADIRAT) Appoints Al-Ayouti & Partners as Auditor

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Industrial Export Company (SADIRAT) announced that the Ordinary General Assembly (second meeting) has approved the appointment of Al-Ayouti & Partners as auditors. This decision, made upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, involves the examination, review, and auditing of the financial statements for the second and third quarters and the annual statements for the fiscal year 2024, as well as the first quarter of 2025, along with determining their fees.
