Al-Akaria Signs SAR 660.3 Million Contract for Green Riyadh Project of Treated Water Network

Saudi Real Estate Co. “Al-Akaria” announced on Tuesday the signing of a contract for the “Treated Water Network Project for the Green Riyadh Project – Group Eleven” with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City for one of its subsidiaries “Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (BINYAH)”.

The value of the contract is 660.3 million riyals “including Value-Added Tax (VAT),” while its duration is 20 months.

According to the Company, the financial impact of the project will be reflected in the fourth quarter of 2024 until the second quarter of 2026
