Atlas Elevators Signs Contract with Atlas Taiba Elevators to Market Products in Medina

Atlas Elevators Co. for General Trading and Contracting announced on Monday the signing of a contract with Atlas Taiba Elevators Co. to be an authorised distributor to market, sell and distribute the products of Atlas Elevators for General Trading and Contracting and provide after-sales services within the scope of Medina region only.

The Company explained that this contract contributes to increasing the Company’s business in its field in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and achieving the Company’s strategic objectives, as Atlas Taiba Elevators has great experience and competence in this field.

The contract includes an authorised distributor to market, sell and distribute the products of Atlas Elevators for General Trading and Contracting. The distributor will also provide after-sales services within the scope of Medina region only by opening and operating showrooms, warehouses and product sales outlets, which are elevators, spare parts and all the Company’s products. The distributor is not entitled to use electronic sales outlets.

The value of the contract depends on the value of the products purchased in the period from 2024 to 2027.

The Company stated that the contract duration is 3 years, and the positive financial impact of this contract is expected to appear at the end of the fiscal year Dec. 31, 2025.
