Nov. 06: Atlas Elevators Assembly Discusses BOD Election

The Board of Directors of Atlas Elevators Co. for General Trade and Contracting invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) scheduled to be held on Wednesday, Nov. 06, 2024.

Agenda:

1. Voting on the election of Board of Directors members from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on Nov. 08, 2024 and lasts for four years, ending on Nov. 07, 2028.

2. Voting on the Board of Directors’ proposal to redefine the uses of the deferred offering proceeds according to the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on Jan. 21, 2024, amounting to (17,963,636.00) riyals.

3. Voting on the Governance Regulations.

4. Voting on the policy, standards and procedures for membership in the Board of Directors.

5. Voting on the Board of Directors’ Bylaws.

6. Voting on the Nominations and Remuneration Committee Bylaws.

7. Voting on the Bylaws, policies and standards for the remuneration of the Board of Directors’ members and its committees.

Electronic voting on the items of the assembly will begin at 01:00 am on Saturday, Nov. 02, 2024, until the end of the Assembly’s Meeting time.
