Saudi Fisheries BOD Approves Setting up Company Specialised in Aquaculture

Saudi Fisheries Co. announced on Wednesday the approval of the Board of Directors to establish a limited liability Company owned 100% by the Saudi Fisheries and headquartered in Riyadh with a capital of 100 thousand riyals specialised in aquaculture, after obtaining the necessary approvals and licences from the relevant authorities. This move comes in line with the Company’s strategy to restructure its activities and investments.
