Naseej Tech Appoints Abduljabbar Alabduljabbar as BOD Chairman, Abdullah Alturifi as Vice Chairman

Naseej Technology Company announced on Wednesday the appointment of Abduljabbar bin Abdulrahman Alabduljabbar as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Abdullah bin Awad Alturifi as his Vice.

It also announced the formation of the Audit Committee and the appointment of the following members:

1. Raed bin Abdullah Alhaqil (Chairman of the Committee)

2. Ibrahim bin Abdullah Aljasser

3. Abdulrahman bin Abduljabbar Alabduljabbar

In addition to the formation of the “Remuneration and Nominations Committee” and the appointment of the following members:

1. Abdullah bin Ali Aldubaikhi (Chairman of the Committee)

2. Abduljabbar bin Abdulrahman Alabduljabbar

3. Nawaf bin Muhammad bin Adwan
