AMAK Announces H1 2024 Profit Distribution Date

Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (AMAK) announced on Monday the date of distributing the first half profits of 2024, starting from Sunday, Oct. 20, 2024, by automatically depositing them into the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios at all banks through the EDAA Securities Depository Centre Company.

The Company requests all its shareholders to update their data and ensure that the investment portfolio account numbers are linked correctly to ensure that their dividends are deposited in the investment portfolios on the distribution day.

This comes in reference to AMAK’s announcement published on August 18, 2024, regarding the date of distributing cash dividends to the Company’s shareholders for the first half of the fiscal year 2024, amounting to (0.90) halalas per share, representing 9% of the nominal value of the share.
