Miahona Signs MoU with Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Investment and Uzsuvtaminot Co

Miahona Co. announced on Monday the signing of a Development Agreement with the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade in Uzbekistan and Uzsuvtaminot Joint Stock Company.

According to the Company, The Development Agreement defines the framework of cooperation for the development of water and sewage treatment plants in the Fergana Valley and Jizzakh Region under the Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model and an Enhanced Operations and Maintenance (EOM) model.

The Company confirmed that this Agreement supports the Company’s growth strategy in international markets while continuing to provide sustainable water solutions.
