Quara Finance announces formation of the Audit Committee

Quara Finance Company announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 12, 2024, has decided to form the Audit Committee. The members of the committee are as follows:

• Mr. Essam Bin Abdulaziz Al-Segair (Independent Member) – Chairman of the Committee
• Mr. AbdulKarim Bin Abdulaziz Al-Doaiji (Board Member – Non-Executive) – Member of the Committee
• Mr. Ghaleb Jamal Ghaleb Jarrar (Independent Member) – Member of the Committee

Mr. Essam holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Johnson and Wales University, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University. He has extensive experience in accounting, internal auditing, and risk management, and has held executive positions in Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Al Soudah Development Company, a Public Investment Fund entity. He also serves on the boards and committees of various companies.

Mr. AbdulKarim holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of the West Coast, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, USA. He has extensive experience in investment, finance, and information technology and serves on the boards and committees of several companies.

Mr. Ghaleb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Al-Balqa University in Jordan and has extensive experience in accounting. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for a Public Investment Fund project and holds multiple committee memberships.
