WSM for Information Technology Co. announced on Sunday the formation of its Audit Committee for the current term of the Board of Directors, which will run until September 20, 2026. The committee was formed based on a resolution from the Board of Directors.
The Audit Committee will be chaired by independent board member Mr. Abdulaziz Suliman Al-Suhaimi. The other members include Mr. Abdulrahman Mohammad Al-Issa, an external member, and Mr. Zaki Ahmed, also an external member.
This move reflects WSM’s commitment to maintaining strong corporate governance and ensuring effective oversight of its financial reporting and internal controls.
