Saudi Fisheries Appoints Saeed Al-Muaither as Managing Director

Saudi Fisheries Company announced the appointment of Eng. Saeed Abdullah Al-Muaither as Managing Director, effective September 15, 2024. The Board of Directors made the decision on September 14, 2024.

Eng. Al-Muaither holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Dalhousie University in Canada and brings extensive experience in investment, business development, and corporate restructuring. He has held various executive positions and served as a board and committee member in several companies.

In addition, Saudi Fisheries also announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, with changes to its composition. The Board of Directors made this decision on September 14, 2024, and the new committee will serve until the end of the current Board term, which concludes on October 24, 2026.

Mansour Abdulaziz Al-Sagheer, appointed on September 15, 2024, holds a Master’s degree in Executive Business Administration from London Business School (2010) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University (1993). He currently serves as CEO of the National Bank of Bahrain in Saudi Arabia and has held several executive roles in the banking sector. He also serves as a board member of various joint-stock companies.
