SADIRAT opens electronic voting for General Assembly meeting items starting Saturday

Saudi Industrial Export Company (SADIRAT) announced on Thursday that electronic voting for items on the agenda of its Eleventh Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (Third Meeting) will commence at 1:00 AM on Saturday. Voting will remain open until the conclusion of the meeting. Registration and voting are available free of charge to all shareholders via the Tadawulaty platform.

This announcement follows the company’s earlier notice published on Tadawul’s website on August 13, 2024, inviting shareholders to participate in the General Assembly meeting, which will be held virtually at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
