SADIRAT: CEO Declines Contract Renewal; Ghassan Al-Haidari Appointed Managing Director

The Saudi Industrial Export Company (SADIRAT) announced on Wednesday the acceptance of Dr. Sulaiman bin Hamad Al-Jedaie’s, CEO, desire not to renew his contract upon his request, in addition to approving his resignation from the Board of Directors.

The company confirmed in another statement the appointment of Board Member Ghassan Abdulrahman Al-Haidari (independent member) as a Managing Director of the company and amending the membership status to (executive member).

It also announced the restructuring of the Audit Committee as follows:

1. Mr. Salman Mohamed Al-Suhaibani (Independent member from within the Board) Chairman of the Committee
2. Mr. Mohamed Hamad Al-Saleh (Member from outside the Board) Member
3. Mr. Abdullah Mana Al-Mutairi (Member from outside the Board) Member
