Jadwa Investment Company announced on Monday the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of the Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund for the second quarter of 2024, amounting to 37.3 million riyals, which is equivalent to 1.69% of the net asset value.

The dividends will be distributed based on 186.5 million units, at a rate of 0.20 riyals per unit. The distribution is calculated from the net asset value as of June 30, 2024, and the dividends will be available to unit owners according to the unit owners’ register at the end of August 28.
