AMAK Approves Cash Dividend Distribution of 90 Halalas per Share for H1

 Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (AMAK) announced on Sunday its Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the fiscal year 2024. The total dividend payout amounts to SAR 79.6 million, representing 9% of the nominal value per share.

A total of 88.5 million shares are eligible for the dividends, with a distribution rate of 0.90 halalas per share. The eligibility date is set for September 30, 2024.

The company stated that the distribution date will be announced later, and payments will be made within 15 working days from the eligibility date.
