TIBBIYAH Subsidiary Signs off Contract with NUPCO for Medical Devices Supply and Installation Amounted to SAR 23.8 Million

The Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. announced on Monday that one of its 100% owned subsidiaries, Al Faisaliah Medical Systems Co. (FMS), signed off a Contract amounted to SAR 23.8 million with the National Unified Procurement Co. (NUPCO) to supply, install, and operate medical devices according to the Contract terms and conditions.

The company said that the contract duration is 141 days from the date of awarding, or signing off the Contract by both parties, or any other date which comes first. The company expected the appearance of the financial impact on the Fiscal Year results in the Second Half of 2024.

Further to the company’s announcement published on May 15, 2024 regarding (FMS), one of the subsidiaries owned 100% by “TIBBIYAH”, signed off a Contract amounted to SAR 23.8 million with (NUPCO) under the Tender No. NPT0028/22 pertaining the supply, installation, and operation of medical devices in accordance with the Contract terms and conditions
