Saudi Ceramic Co. Records Losses During Q2 of SAR 10.8 Million

The Saudi Ceramic Company recorded a net loss of 10.8 million riyals during the second quarter of 2024, compared to a profit of 33.2 million riyals in the same quarter of last year. This announcement followed the release of the preliminary financial results for the period ending on June 30, 2024 (six months).

The operating loss amounted to 10.8 million riyals in the second quarter, compared to an operating profit of 1.8 million riyals in the same quarter of the previous year.

Total equity (after excluding non-controlling interests) amounted to 1.5 billion riyals for the 6-month period, compared to 1.7 billion riyals in the same period last year, a decrease of 14.2%.

Earnings per share in the current period reached 0.05 riyals, compared to 0.48 riyals in the same period last year.
