Armah Announces Lease of Jeddah Building to Operate Two Sports Clubs

Armah Sports Company announced on Tuesday the signing of a building lease contract on Mecca Road in Jeddah to develop and operate two new fitness clubs. The company stated that the contract is valued at SAR 3.6 million annually, totaling SAR 54.3 million excluding VAT.

According to the company, one of the clubs will cater to women and the other to men, both under one of its brands. These clubs will feature state-of-the-art facilities and a wide range of innovative technologies, offering a unique fitness experience.

With this addition, Armah now has 21 locations, including 12 operating branches and 9 under construction.

The company explained that this investment aligns with Armah’s strategy to expand in prime locations and achieve targeted growth and returns.
