SISCO Signs Contract with NEOM to Develop Water Recycling Plant for SAR 316.2 Million

Sustained Infrastructure Holding Co. (SISCO Holding) announced on Tuesday the signing of a contract between the International Water Distribution Company, one of SISCO’s investments in the water sector, and NEOM for a project to enhance and develop a water recycling plant in the Al-Badaa area. The contract value is SAR 316,215,726, excluding VAT.

The company stated today on Tadawul that Tawzea, in a consortium with Lantania holding a 50% stake, will undertake the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning of the Al-Badaa Water Recycling Plant Enhancements Projects. This will include the Interim Biosolids Treatment Facility and the Interim Innovation Centre and Biosolids Demonstration Center.

The company explained that the financial impact of this project is expected to be realized during the fourth quarter of 2024
