GIG Discusses Election of BOD Members on July 31

The Board of Directors of GIG has invited the company’s shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting (First Meeting) via modern technology means provided by Tadawulaty platform on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 19:00.

The agenda includes:

1. Voting on the amendment of Article 15 of the Company’s Articles of Association related to the management of the company.
2. Voting on the election of the members of the Board of Directors from the nominated names for the next session, which starts on August 1, 2024, and ends on July 31, 2028 (contingent on the result of the first item).

Online voting on the General Assembly’s agenda items will commence from 01:00 am on Monday, July 29, 2024, and continue until the end of the Extraordinary General Assembly.
