Bitcoin falls to its lowest level since May

The price of Bitcoin fell to its lowest level in two months, as the cryptocurrency continues its continuous decline for a month, after it rose to its highest level ever during the current year, exceeding 73 thousand dollars.

Bitcoin fell more than 2% to reach $57,843, its lowest level since May 2, and lost more than 6% this week of its price.

Uncertainty regarding the US presidential elections and current events affected the price of Bitcoin, leading to a decline in the price of the cryptocurrency.

Reuters reported that the reason for the decline in the price of Bitcoin is that the largest cryptocurrency in the world has been exposed to pressure in recent months, but its decline accelerated this week after the first debate between US presidential candidates Joe Biden and Donald Trump, which raised concerns among traders about replacing the Democratic Party with Biden. After Trump’s victory in the debate, and uncertainty about the other candidate’s position on cryptocurrencies.
