The Royal Commission for Yanbu, represented by the Department of Industrial Security and Safety, has achieved first place and the gold medal as the best Emergency and Public Services Center in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. This accomplishment was achieved during its participation in the international competition for evaluating call centers worldwide at the 19th annual event recently held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The commission participated in the event in the categories of “Best Emergency Services Center” and “Best Public Services Center”, which was organized by Contact Center World, a non-profit organization collaborating with UNICEF to support charitable work in call centers.
The commission, represented by the Department of Industrial Security and Safety operations room, showcased its experience through presentations and its efforts in call center services aimed at improving the quality of life in its cities in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030 program.
