“MBC Group” announces start of E-voting on its Assembly’s articles

MBC Group Company announced to its shareholders the start date of electronic voting on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), from one o’clock in the morning on Sunday, June 23, 2024, until the end of the meeting time.

This comes with reference to the company’s announcement on “Tadawul” dated June 5, 2024, which included an invitation to shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), scheduled to be held at eight o’clock in the evening on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
