Sipchem Declares SAR 362.5 Million Cash Dividends for H1 2024

During its meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, the Board of Directors of Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) announced the distribution of cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the first half of 2024. The total dividends amount to SAR 362.5 million, representing 5% of the company’s nominal value.

With 725.1 million shares eligible for dividends, each share will receive 0.5 riyals. Shareholders eligible for dividends are determined as of June 27, with distribution scheduled for July 11.
