This announcement aligns with Amwaj International Company’s prior communication on the Tadawul website dated 28/10/1445 corresponding to 07/05/2024 AD, inviting shareholders to participate in the General Assembly meeting (first session). The meeting is scheduled to convene at 19:15 on Monday, 04/12/1445 corresponding to 10/06/2024 AD, at the company’s administrative headquarters located in Riyadh, Olaya District, Orouba Road, utilizing modern technological means facilitated by Tadawulaty services.
