“2P” signs a facilities agreement with “Alinma Bank” worth 135 million riyals

The Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P) announced the signing of a credit facility agreement compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia with Alinma Bank, amounting to 135 million riyals.

The company said that the financing period continues until June 1, 2025, in exchange for a guarantee of a promissory note for the value of the facilities.

According to the statement published on “Tadawul”, “Tubi” aims through this agreement to finance contracts for new projects and issue documentary credits and guarantees.
