Sipchem Completes Maintenance on Three Subsidiary Factories

Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) announced on Sunday the safe completion of the scheduled periodic turnaround maintenance activities for International Vinyl Company (IVC) and International Acetyl Company (IAC) and International Gases Company (IGC) ,an affiliates of Sipchem. Startup activities for the plants commenced on Saturday 25th May 2024.

The company indicated on statement on Tadawul that During the scheduled turnaround, all the required works were completed safely, which will enhance the plant efficiency, increase its reliability, reduce production cost, and allow it to achieve its future operational plans

The company added that the financial impact of this scheduled turnaround will be reflected in the company’s financial results of the Second quarter of 2024. The company has announced that it has taken the necessary actions to eliminate any potential impact on its customers.
