Riyadh Cement deposits cash dividends of SAR 90 million for H2 in shareholders’ investment portfolios on Tuesday

Riyadh Cement Company has disclosed the distribution of cash dividends to its shareholders for the second half of 2023, amounting to SAR 0.75 per share, equivalent to 7.5% of the nominal share value, totalling SAR 90 million. The disbursement commenced on Tuesday, corresponding to April 30, 2024, through direct transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholders’ investment portfolios.

Eligibility for the dividend was extended to shareholders who possessed shares as of the market close on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 (eligibility date), and were listed in the Company’s shareholders register at the Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

This announcement builds upon Riyadh Cement Company’s prior disclosure dated December 11, 2023, pertaining to the distribution of cash dividends for the second half of 2023 at a rate of SAR 0.75 per share, representing 7.5% of the nominal share value, totalling SAR 90 million.
