Alhokair Group Elects 7 Members to BOD

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development announced the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 8:00 pm via modern technology.

The voting results were as follows:

1. Approval of the amendment to Article (14) of the Articles of Association regarding the composition of the Board of Directors.

2. Approval of the amendment to Article (50) of the Articles of Association regarding the distribution of profits.

3. Approval of the election of the following members to the Board of Directors for the next session, commencing on April 19, 2024. The term will last for 4 years, concluding on April 18, 2028:

2. Mr. Sami Abdulmohsin al Hokair

3. Mr. Faisal Mohammed Al Malik

4. Mr. Salem Ali Mohammed Alshahrani

5. Mr. Nabil Daoud Al-Hoshan
