Abdullah Awda Alghabin Appointed as Saudi Cables BOD Chairman

Saudi Cable Company announced to its shareholders on Sunday that Eng. Sabri Abdullah Alghamdi has expressed his apology for continuing as Chairman of the Board of Directors starting from April 20, 2024, citing practical circumstances. However, he will maintain his membership on the Board of Directors.

Additionally, the company informed today on Tadawul that the Board of Directors has appointed Eng. Abdullah Awda Alghabin as the new Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective April 20, 2024.

This announcement follows the previous communication from Saudi Cable Company on April 14, 2024, regarding the appointment of the Chairman of the board of directors, deputy chairman, and the formation of the Committees for its new term.
