Batic Announces Resignation of Board Member Dr. Sami Abdullah Alsaeed

BATIC Investment and Logistics Company disclosed on Thursday the Board of Directors’ acceptance of Dr. Sami Abdullah Alsaeed’s resignation, effective immediately. Dr. Alsaeed stepped down from his role as a Board member, as well as his positions within the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Executive and Investment Committee, citing personal work circumstances in his March 20, 2024 submission.
