Alhokair Group Completes Establishment of Newrest Catering Services Company

Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Group Company for Tourism and Development announced the latest progress on Wednesday regarding the establishment of a new company in partnership with Newrest Company.

The memorandum of understanding has been signed to establish a specialized catering services company with a capital of 100 thousand riyals, equally shared between the two entities. Alhokair Group owns 50% of the company’s shares, and Newrest Company owns the other 50%. This initiative aims to provide catering services, site and facility management, and remote facilities management in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, targeting airline companies, contracting firms, and various projects.
