CMA Grants Quencia Capital License to Manage Investments in Securities Business, Completes Commencement of Business Requirements

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law outlined in Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority hereby declares that Quencia Capital Company has successfully fulfilled the necessary requirements to commence Managing Investments Activity in the Securities Business. This authorization was granted by the CMA resolution dated 19/09/1444H, corresponding to 10/04/2023G.
