Saudi SAL Announces SAR 120.8 Million Cash Dividends for Q4 2023

SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. declared on Monday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2023, totaling SAR 120.8 million. The dividend per share will be 1.51 riyals, constituting a distribution ratio of 15.1% of the nominal share value.

The company specified that 80 million shares are eligible for dividends, with the distribution date set within 15 working days from the eligibility date, slated for March 7.

In a statement today on Tadawul, the company noted that dividends will be disbursed via the Securities Depository Center, which will transfer them to investment portfolios through custody members, ensuring prompt deposit into the investment portfolios.
